New Year’s Resolution – More Customer Interaction
Recapping on the past 12 months we have been very pleased with what we as a team have achieved.
Our goal was to acquire new business in the transport industry noticing expanding growth due to an increase in online sales. A huge team win was achieved by obtaining a large logistics company early last year.
It is of extreme importance that our new and existing customers are happy; so we have hired Matthew Ellis, to work solely on new business and client relations. Matthew has a wealth of knowledge in customer care and marketing as well as new sales.
We understand the importance of local business and face to face interaction; that’s why it’s an important goal for us to see more business in the North West of Sydney where we are situated.
